1. Who we are
Jenny Sites is a trading name of JobWow Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14909247, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at jenny@jennysites.com.
This policy covers information about tradespeople we contact or work with, and visitors to jennysites.com. It does not cover enquiries that homeowners send through our customers' websites: each customer's own privacy notice covers those, and we handle them only on that customer's instructions.
2. What we collect and why

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on jennysites.com.
3. Where the information comes from
Most of it comes from you. To find and call businesses we use Google (through its Places service) and the TPS and CTPS registers. For limited companies we use Companies House.
4. AI tools
We use AI tools from Anthropic to help draft and classify our replies to WhatsApp messages you send us. Replies are checked automatically, and no decision with legal or similarly significant effect on you is made by automated means alone. Anthropic does not use this information to train its models under the commercial terms we use it on.
5. Who we share it with
We use these service providers, who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

We do not sell your information. We may also share it where the law requires.
6. Transfers outside the UK
Some providers are based in or process data in the US. Where they do, we rely on a recognised safeguard: the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it (including any marketing), restrict its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email jenny@jennysites.com. To stop WhatsApp marketing, reply STOP at any time.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
